Terrazzo Tiles, Precast Stairs & Terrazzo Wall Panels

The Zurich Insurance building in Sydney Australia displays Hal Mann's ability to produce terrazzo floor tiles and then match to them precast stair units and wall cladding.

Hal Mann Stair units can be individually cast, allowing us to produce winkle steps, (step and riser in one), or Hal Mann has the ability to cast a large block of terrazzo which then can be sliced to any thickness and formed into stair treads, stair risers, or in fact into any element that can be fabricated given the maximum slab size of 3.05 x 1.25 metres.

Hal Mann's ability to produce stair treads and risers from blocks presents a cost effective solution to an age-old problem.
